Healing Little Hearts in Panama

New Program

Over 720 Panamanian children are born every year with a congenital heart defect. Approximately 50% will need some form of cardiac interventional care. Today, these children are not receiving the care they require. Gift of Life International is working to develop a collaboration between Duke University Medical Center, Boston Children’s Hospital, Albany Medical Center, Fundacion Obsequio de Vida J. Thomas Ford and others to address this crisis.
